When Michelle Elaine Weddings approached me about a styled shoot she’d imagined including healthy eating, great tunes, inspiring blooms, and a do-able workout; I knew I wanted to be on the team!

And so this photo shoot was born with “Eat This, Not That” snack and juice ideas, Pinterest-worthy floral arrangements complete with fruit (kale, berries and pineapple, oh my!) gorgeous scenery and one fit bride…
